Service Policy and Extra Fees

1. Booking, Payments & Standard Cancellations Standard Service Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 1 hour prior to your scheduled pickup time receive a 100% full refund. Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup time are non-refundable. Final Payments & Processed Balances: Once within the 1-hour service window, payments are final and non-refundable. Services cannot be downgraded or reduced for a credit once processed. Upgrades for extra passengers or routes can be added anytime, subject to vehicle and driver availability. 2. Schedule Adjustments & Logistics Real-Time Flexibility: Minor pickup location adjustments, headcount shifts, or route tweaks can be made in real-time prior to pickup by communicating directly with dispatch or your assigned driver. Primary Contact: Bookings must include a valid mobile phone number for the primary passenger or group lead to ensure smooth coordination and loading at pickup. 3. Overtime, Care & Severe Weather Terms Late Extensions ($30 Flat Fee): If standard service is extended past the agreed route timeline and exceeds 30 minutes of wait or extra service time, a flat rate of $30 is charged to the card on file for every additional 30-minute block required. Cleaning Fee: A $250 fee applies for excessive spills, interior damage, biohazards, or deep cleaning required after service. Closed non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. No smoking, vaping, or open alcohol inside vehicles. Heavy Snow Tiered Surcharge: A severe weather surcharge applies when heavy snow is forecasted to cover specialized winter equipment and mountain condition operations: Standard Service / Sedan: $20 per vehicle Premium SUV: $30 per vehicle Passenger Van: $80 per vehicle Severe Weather & Road Closure Cancellation Policy: Rain is not a concern, but steep mountain grades and icy snowpack create extreme hazards—primarily from other unsafe drivers on mountain roads, regardless of AWD capabilities. We monitor forecasts for severe snowstorms, road closures, or driving advisories and will reach out to discuss safety. If conditions are unsafe in advance, we will cancel and the final payment will not be due. If safety is uncertain ("a maybe"), we wait until day-of to evaluate road conditions. If deemed too dangerous, we cancel and any final payment will not be charged.
