Wedding Group Service-Medium(YMCA-ML)

Service Description

This booking will reserve: -x1 Passenger Vans (14 passengers) -x1 SUV/Extended vehicles (6 passengers) -x2 Sedans (4 passengers) You can reserve additional vehicles as an Add-On: Passenger Van- Can transport large groups from one location, or pick up small groups from multiple locations SUV/Extended- Provides comfortable transportation for groups of up to 6 passengers Sedan- Can pick up small groups from Air BnBs or locations outside of primary pickup ___________________________________ Upon booking, customers will have the option to select their preferred date and time, as well as specify up to THREE pickup locations within the YMCA campus. (if there are any special pickups, you can include them in the booking form) Drivers will be exclusively available to Bride/Groom and wedding party for the duration of service FIRST SCHEDULED PICKUP: 45 min - 1 hour before seating for ceremony Drivers will make continuous runs to all pickup locations (if necessary) until all passengers arrive at the venue. (2-3 runs) Upon confirmation, contact information for each driver will be provided to your group for all passengers. Round Trip Service This service includes a return trip. Drivers will be present at the Lodge Parking Lot at your selected time to provide return trips back to the YMCA campus. Herding Cats Policy: Due to the unpredictable nature of coordinating groups, there are no limits to how many changes can be made to the booking.
