Wedding Group Service-Small (In-Town)

Service Description

This booking will reserve: -x2 Passenger Vans (14 passengers each) -up to 3 SUV/Extended vehicles (6 passengers each) depending on group size. ___________________________________ Upon booking, customers will have the option to select their preferred date and time, as well as specify up to THREE pickup, and ONE drop-off location(s) within the defined service area. Drivers will be exclusively available to Bride/Groom and wedding party for the duration of service This service includes a 10% discount coupon For Estes Park(In-Town) rides, that are good on the day of your scheduled Wedding Group Service, in case you have guests who need pickup who are not at the location(s) specified in the reservation. Drivers will make continuous runs (if necessary) until all passengers arrive at the designated drop-off location Upon confirmation, contact information for each driver will be provided to your group for all passengers. Return Time Block: This service includes a 1 hour time block return service, where all assigned drivers are present at the wedding venue at your selected time in the evening, to transport your guests whenever they are ready, to any destination inside or near Estes Park. Extra rides AFTER THE RESERVED RETURN TIME will be individually charged as standard service with a 20% discount. Herding Cats Policy: Due to the unpredictable nature of coordinating groups, there are no limits to how many changes can be made to the booking. Pickup/Drop off locations, extra stops, and passenger count can be changed at any time. (Upon the final payment 7 days before service, there will be an option to UPGRADE your service to accommodate more guests or have more vehicles available to your group.
